Meet Chef Delgado
Chef Arturo Delgado has been preparing and serving fine foods for over 17 years. Mentored by Chef Paul McCabe (currently Executive Chef at KITCHEN 1540, L'Auberge Del Mar's signature restaurant) while at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona (9 years), he then spent 5 years at the Stone Canyon Club in Tucson. Continuing to move south, he headed up the dining experience at Apache Spirit Ranch in Tombstone. Finally in 2011, he decided to bring this wealth of fine dining experience to Bisbee, and opened the 555 Grill in May of 2012 in the venerable "Old Tymers" building on Tombstone Canyon.
